Gavin did an outstanding job building our white fitted in bookcase. It was a very bespoke job with the bookcase needing to go over the door frame. Gavin gave great advice about what might work but always let us make all the final decisions fully appreciative that we would have to live with the final product. We asked Gavin to add a little cornice right at the end of the job and Gavin was also happy to accommodate this. Gavin is very very polite and very tidy in his work. He did sawing in the back garden and made sure everything was tidied away at the end of the day. His colleague painted the shelves and was did an absolutely first class job too. Hire Gavin. Full stop.

Gavin recently undertook several quite tricky carpentry jobs at the final stage of our renovation. He approached each one with diligence, care, and enthusiasm, finding solutions to several problems I'd almost given up on. I'm delighted with the results - his work is of an excellent standard and he's clearly a real craftsman. But just as importantly he's polite, friendly, reliable and takes the time to talk through all the options for the job. If you get the chance to book him, take it!

Gavin installed new internal doors, built a gate and fitted out a wardrobe. He did a fantastic job and the quality of his work is outstanding and excellent value. Gavin is friendly and helpful and a great communicator - he kept us fully informed from start to finish. He also left the work area clean and tidy. We would highly recommend him.

Gavin built and fitted a custom size/shape bath panel for me made from MDF in a Victorian style. Gavin provided a personal service from the outset including objective advice and suggestions. He was focussed on helping me find the right solution rather than maximising his fee. He completed the job in the agreed time and to spec. Highly recommended.

Gavin provided a competitive and detailed quote for cupboards and shelves in two alcoves. He delivered the work on time and for the price quoted and is friendly, trustworthy and obviously an excellent carpenter. He offered good advice about how best to arrange the units, and the finished result looks fantastic. If we choose to get any further carpentry work done we shall definitely use Gavin, and I would highly recommend him.

Gavin has been fantastic to work with. He was very prompt in giving me a detailed quote, he told me very clearly what I could expect to achieve, and actually the final results are even better than what I was hoping for! I'm very grateful for the excellent job he did in restoring my Victorian doors, and I appreciate his honesty, quality of work, and expertise. Gavin deserves every praise for his excellent workmanship. We gave him a challenging task of converting an existing under the stairs cupboard, which was well planned with options explored in close discussion with ourselves. The end result is fantastic and we are well pleased. Many thanks Gavin!

Amazing job ! Gavin is really organised, precise and efficient. He was also excellent at finding innovative and secure solutions, in order to fit shelves / hanging rail into my quirky old alcove cupboards, making them look really tidy. Job was carried out very professionally and rapidly. Gavin is also a very pleasant and nice person, which made the whole experience and results even more enjoyable ! I will highly recommend him to all my friends !
