This professional tradesman is a first rate gentleman. His communication skills were immaculate and always had rapid response with email and text or phone calls regarding this job. After a initial visit, he kindly went out of his way to spend valuable time sourcing the right size kitchen sink unit as per our brief and even bought it on our behalf on the day of installation. He came on time and always had a friendly demeanor throughout. He worked so hard without any breaks constantly for a good part of 9 hours, as he had to cut open the kitchen worktop to slot the new sink basin into. Extremely transparent and honest with pricing too and very reasonably priced. Definitely the best plumber for any no-nonsense works, will definitely recommend and use him for all future work needed. Thanks a million Tom...you deserve a lot of business and success with the attitude and superb skills that you possess. Tom turned up in time and prepared for the job ahead. He is polite and tidy, which is a bonus in my view. The job ended up being more complicated than we expected but he didn’t leave until he was satisfied with the result. I recommend Tom and would consider hiring him again in the future.

Recommended! Thomas did a good, well-priced job on our leaking sink. As is often the case, the problem turned out to be bigger than a mere drip, but he was quick and efficient in working out what the real issue was, sourcing the necessary parts and getting them in without the hours or cost mushrooming. He was also very personable and easy to deal with and I would definitely hire him again.
