    Toilet flush broken and constantly running/flowing...
    Tom was highly responsive. Came to visit us within 24 hours and get us ship shape. Personable, professional, polite and good at communicating arrival time. Thank you Tom, hopefully speak to you again before long about some other plans!

    Replace Kitchen Tap+Fix Sink Leak
    Contacted me promptly and quickly was able to give me a price for the job. Turned up when he said and did the repair - took longer than expected however kept to the price he originally quoted. Did a great job in fixing both issues and I've kept his number for future use

    Leaking tap in kitchen
    Excellent service. Super friendly and helpful. Work competed swiftly and to a great standard. Appreciated that he fully explained the problem and what needed fixing. Will 100% use again. Thoroughly recommend to anyone.

    Dripping tap in my kitchen sink
    Tom is a very nice and efficient professional. He arrived at my house on time and worked very hard and fixed the problem efficiently. His price is very reasonable. He is very friendly and polite. I would highly recommend him without hesitation. I will definitely hire him again in future.

    Toilet cistern continuously running
    Tom was able to do the job quickly, he was efficient and ensured the job was complete before leaving. He ensured the area was left clean and I would recommend him and use him in the future. Many thanks

    Fit new mixer tap
    Tom arrived at the arranged time and did an excellent job, the work was of the highest quality and the kitchen was left spotless upon completion, a very good price and an excellent job I have no hesitation in recommending Tom

    Luke warm water, thermostat seams to be stuck
    Tom was punctual to arrive. Made assessment on the part required. I ordered the part myself. Tom came and replaced it and checked to see it worked. He charged £130.00 altogether. Although the call out charge should be free he charged me £60.which I think should not have been charged. £70 to fit which took him less than half an hour. Expensive

    Thank you ranjit . I would just like to respond and say the call out charge 60 pounds was for the following. I attended at 1930 on a Saturday night . The cartridge in the shower was stuck and i had to remove it to identify the part that was needed. In the process i got completely soaked as it was impossible to isolate the water to the shower as it had been badly installed. I don’t think 60 pounds is expensive at all for a call out on a Saturday evening. This enabled you to order the part ( customers choice) and i re- attended as soon as you had the part and fitted it . I think it is unrealistic to expect a plumber or any tradesmen in london to attend an emergency call out for free . I cannot understand why you called me back to fit it if you were unhappy with the price ? I always agree a price with clients before starting any work and my other reviews all state i am very reasonable. Wishing you a happy new year Tom

    Toilet Continuing to Flush
    Tom did a great job even though it was a simple job. He was very professional, polite and explained everything he was doing. He even offered to help with a matter that was outside his expertise at no extra charge. He ensured the space he was working in was kept clean and tidy even after he was finished. Absolute gentleman, thank you Tom!
