Tom responded very quickly (on a Sunday evening) and went to the property the next morning. He was very thorough, providing a full report with photos, and taking the time to explain to our tenants what they should do to prevent similar problems in the future. He also took on an extra job while he was there, at minimal additional cost. Very pleased with the quality of service at such a reasonable price, and would highly recommend this firm.
