Tom did a superb job on what were supposed to be two small jobs, but as things often turn out were not quite so straightforward. Friendly, prompt, tidy and clean, an excellent service. Advised very quickly once on site what the total cost would be, and despite spending a longer than envisaged kept to the quote. Operates in COVID secure way and very respectful of the property. Can't recommend him highly enough and will be using him again in future.

Great work, it definitely took longer than he expected but Tom didn't charge any extra on the quote even though like I say the labour definitely took more time than we thought. Great price, excellent work, very safe covid-19 wise as well, and a great guy.

I hired Tom to take out a sink too large for an en suite and replace with a smaller vanity unit style sink. He gave me extensive advice via text before I purchased the sink and tap which really helped me. He has fitted this sink to perfection- it looks amazing and his workmanship is so neat. There was a problem getting original sink off the wall but not a problem for Tom who took so much care so as not to damage existing tiles. This kept him at the job for much longer- however he never charged me any extra for all the hassle. He was interested in doing a really good job- he had to pop out to get another part and again did not charge for this. He took the old sink away for me and whilst fitting the new one checked where I wanted taps/handles etc and gave great advice. Tom is a through and dedicated workman and the results show this. He cleared up and left no mess. He is a lovely friendly guy easy to chat to and I will definitely hire again. His pricing is more than fair. Thanks for my new sink I love it!
