    Dripping taps in kitchen and bathroom
    Very professional with a relaxed easy manner. The gentleman was accommodating to my needs. Clean and knowledgeable. I would recommend the company and will use them again.

    Toilet flush repair/replacement
    Tom got in touch and came round and had a look at the job quickly, his communication was great - he ordered the parts for the flush and completed the job the following week. Really excellent standard of work and service, I would highly recommend Tom and will be using him in future if we have any plumbing related work or issues.

    Change kitchen sink and tap
    Tap and sink fantastically done. No mess left and he even sent links of what to purchase!! Highly recommend :)

    Replacing Bath Taps

    Toilet repair - flush not working properly
    Tom was pleasant to deal with, easy to arrange a visit and quickly diagnosed the problem. He provided some welcome advise and tips for a related issue. Have no reservations recommending him.

    New mixer tap needed and installed in kitchen sink
    Really pleased with everything !! Renewed taps in kitchen sink .I would definitely recommend as did such a good job !! If I ever need any plumbing doing I will give Tom a ring and am going to recommend him to all my family and friends

    Toilet continues to flush after initial flush
    Tom contacted us immediately after the job was posted. He instantly showed interest and requested more details/photos so he can have a better understanding of the job. He then came out within the week, identified the problem, sourced the replacement part needed and fitted it. He was extremely helpful, thorough and friendly. Would highly recommend.

    Replace an old cistern with a new
    Tom is excellent! He is professional, polite, communicative, punctual and knowledgeable. He gives detailed quotation - how much for his labour and how much for the replacement parts. He also recommends alternative options to save customers' money without compromising quality. Tom finishes the work at high standard, and issues a formal invoice to the customer.
