David arrived early morning on the day he said with his team and fitted the fibre glass over existing roof within a few hours. Excellent, fast, quality job. Would def use again! After complete he did expect to get paid straight away and started chasing me day after complete for money. We agreed a start date and they arrived and got on with the job, no problems at all. Job completed and asked me to look it over, happy as Larry. Review left on 22 Jan 2020Rating: 1 out of 5Repairing a chimney breast and a gutter change(Updated on 3 Feb 2020)I hired Global Roofing in October to change the gutter,fascia and repair chimney as it had a hole around it and it was leaking.He did the job for one day but after it started raining it was obvious he didn`t do the job properly.The gutter was heavily leaking and the chimney still have the same leakage.David came one more time for 10 min but didn`t repair it.After the poor job he did and because of the leaking gutter there is dampness in one of the bedrooms. After numerous phone calls and E-mails he didn`t come to deal with the problem.Now we need to pay again to someone to do the same job. Would not recommend at all.Answer from tradesperson:
When we met I explained to you that you needed bigger guttering as the size you had was not good enough, but you didn’t want to listen to my advice as it was 2 down pipes taking two 3 bedroom houses with trees around them and when I cleaned the gutters it was filled with moss and leaves which I advised to have deep flow gutters installed, you called me and I returned to your property and we had a conversation about separating yours from your private house from the council property joint with yours which would half the problems you were having and installing 2 Downpipes free of charge which you said no to ,I did say I would come back for a 3rd time and check what was causing the dampness in bedroom which was there prior to this job starting which was leaking from the lead on the chimney as this was not mentioned on my 2nd visit I Have a business to run so I cannot always answer calls but always return calls (do not take phone on roof while working) I have no problems in coming to sort the issue out for you ,but feel it’s very unfair you have written this without us even having the chance to sort this out

David & team arrived on time, completed the jobs to our satisfaction (with before and after photos taken by David) and cleared up the rubbish afterwards. Would use again next year for more roof maintenance work.
