A well deserved 5 stars! A massive thank you to Global Roofing for carrying out the urgent flat roof repairs to a 1st floor overhanging window which was damaged and badly leaking after high winds. This was causing my mother anxiety, particularly as she has Parkinsons disease. David came back to me immediately after I posted the job and offered a competitive quote. He was able to make an appointment same day. In addition to the original works, he kindly offered to help my mother with other works (i.e. a repair to a leaking conservatory and fixing some guttering) for free!! My mother and I are very very happy with this firms service and we both fully recommend Global Roofing. Please note that we would give 10 stars if we could because they did more than we had asked at no extra cost and were able to attend quickly. The quality of the work is excellent and they provided us with a warranty. We would also be happy for anyone to contact us about this review and our experience. Thanks again!

The part of the job that has been completed we are happy with. The problem is the rest of the job hasn’t been completed, leaving a leaking roof and felt and batting exposed. We paid for the roof bubble on 5th February, it didn’t arrive in time to do the job on the first agreed date, or the second agreed date. Moved the date to 17th feb, the job was half done on 21st feb, with a promise to come back the following day.... finally on 3rd March David came back, couldn’t find the key which had dropped out the hiding place, but rather than calling me, left 600 tiles in the front garden. Arrange for him to come back today 12th March, he hasn’t shown up, he ignored my calls and messages on WhatsApp yesterday and today. I am now left trying to find a roofer to do the job. I have also paid for some of the work. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare and extremely stressful, the lack of communication is ridiculous for someone running a business - really really disappointing.

David was professional. He explained the process clearly. Completed work as planned and to a good standard.

The job was well done for a good price in the most challenging whether. I would work with Dave again.

David was prompt in coming round to assess the job, talked though what was needed and gave us a price. Once agreed, he came back to fit the windows and made sure we were happy with what he was doing. He made the adjustments we asked for as he went along. We were very happy with the end result and would recommend him.
