Gintaras gave us a quote quickly and efficiently. He made safe all our upstairs floorboards and put plywood over them to make them extra secure. He completed the work to a high standard and cleaned up afterwards. A very good job and we were very pleased. We would recommend Gintaras for future work

He managed a multi-skilled team and dealt with planners, building control, architects and structural engineers to transform an empty shell into a beautiful new home. When he encountered problems, he solved them quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with our new spacious, light bathroom? After posting the job on my builder, Gintaras sent a colleague round to look at the job and give us a quote. Gintaras arrived on the day agreed and quickly got to work. We had our separate toilet/ bathroom knocked into one and one of the doorways blocked up. By the end of the first day, Gintaras had removed the suite, removed the wall and prepared the whole room. Him and all the contractors he used were polite, hardworking, clean and tidy. Even when not on site, Gintaras obviously communicated well with the contractors and updated us along the way. Floor to ceiling tiling looks amazing, all in all very pleased.

From the start Gintaras was extremely enthusiastic, friendly, all over the detail and the obvious choice from all we got quotes from. He did the work which was a big job, very efficiently and was brilliant at communicating, ensuring we were kept up to date and were reassured along the way. He was tidy and nice to have around the house. We would highly recommend Gintaras, we are extremely happy with all of the work and he is a lovely guy- by the end we felt like he was one of the family!
