    Diverter & thermostatic valves issue, boiler service
    Very happy with the work from Gas Safety medic. In addition there was some investigation work needed on an issue with our heating and hot water. Scott and his partner did some good detective work to identify the root of the problem and I am confident in their assessment. Great communication and timely visit also. Would definitely work with again. Thanks.

    Powermax 140 not heating radiators but have hot water
    I would avoid this company at all costs. I don’t know how he has gotten so many good reviews.I hired Scott to fix my central heating.It took him three visits to get it “sorted”.Plus one cancelled appointment an hour before due to him saying that the incorrect piece had been sent.Not sure why he left it until the hour before to check that the right piece was ordered.He was late for all but the last appointment.And by late I mean up to and beyond an hour.In any case,following the central heating pump being fixed,within about a month the central heating no longer worked and best of all I had no hot water either.Bearing in mind that I had only put the central heating on two/three times since he fixed it.One of those times was that same day to check it worked.And then again a few weeks later because it started to get cold.When I spoke to him he said he was busy but could shift some things around and come a couple of days later but then called on that day to say he couldn’t come until the following Monday/Tuesday. If that was too late he suggested I call the boiler manufacturer?! Really? I paid £330 but now I should go to the manufacturer and pay them for something he's worked on? My favourite part was when he said “give me a call later this evening and I’ll let you know whether I’ll be available on Monday or Tuesday”.Why should I have to re-call again later to remind him that I have a broken boiler?So if you’d like to give your money away then hire Scott-otherwise do not hire him.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Hi Alex, I was called out due to your central heating not working. I had diagnosed the issue. And informed you that the pump needed replacing. Which I had replaced and tested your central heating and hot water was working. You had contacted me back 6 WEEKS later to inform me you don’t have hot water. I had explained that this is a different issue with the boiler. I had suggested for you to contact your boiler manufacturers as I couldn’t attend as we were busy during that week. You was not happy with my suggestion and had complained to me about paying £330 for the repairs, what was done 6WEEKS prior. Even no the boiler had worked perfectly fine. As we are a reputable company and we do are best to attend all jobs and insure are customers are satisfied. I had arranged for the following week to attended the property and repaired a leak on the boiler What could of caused the boiler not to work. I had also explained that the boiler is obsolete and 90% of the parts are discontinued. As the boiler was around 20years old. Regards Scott

    TRC valves replacement
    Very nicely job carried on by Scott's assistant, there was a minor issue but he sorted it out and was very pro about it. thank you
