    Check and service gas system
    Scott was flexible with time, and was very friendly and informative. He carried out the boiler service quickly, and was able to identify issues that needed to be fixed. He then was able to provide a good quote for fixing those issues.

    Two radiators not working
    Scott Gibson / Gas Safety Medic were great: prompt, friendly, and clear. They came by swiftly, and resolved the problem within an hour. They also explained everything clearly. I would definitely use Scott and his team again. Flat is nice and warm again!

    Gas certificate renewal check
    BE AWARE! I gave Scott the benefit of the doubt as last year, he fabricated that there was an issue with the fireplace and had to cap the gas off and unable to provide a CP12 certificate. This year I made a terrible mistake of rehiring him only to create another story and cause havoc. He deemed the gas pressure to the boiler to be unsafe and issued a gas warning. Main gas supplier arrived only to say it was a lie and nothing is wrong and hired another gas engineer who tested, serviced and found no problem at all. BE AWARE he makes up issues to make more money out of a single job!

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Hi Maria, We had carried out a Landlord Certificate at your property which had failed due to there being a blockage within the gas pipe. You also have other gas appliances in the property what would affect the safe use of the boiler, For this reason I have deemed the gas installation as immediately dangerous, and issued you with a WARNING notice. As you refused to allow me to turn off the gas supply I had contacted cadent to inform them of the immediate dangerous installation. which they had attended your property and had capped off the gas supplier to your property and also issued you a notice!     Boiler stopped working, blinking yellow light

    Replace timer unit on Vaillant Ecotec Plus
    Fixed the timer on our boiler on the same day. Communication was great, would recommend in general
