Scott and his team not only were super fast and responsive, but also very knowledgeable in dealing with my boiler situation. In the end turns out my old boiler actually needed replacement, for which Scott gave me the best quote for a top of the line new Vaillant boiler including service, filters and installing the new Nest thermostat (and I did shop around for a lot of quotes from different providers). The installation went smoothly, all pipes were replaced and relocated properly, radiators serviced and the boiler works great. Really pleased with his service, finish results and overall work ethics, will recommend his services to anyone.

Very professional, thorough, and did the job to high quality

Scott and his colleague were great - they were able to service our boiler, disconnect the bath and replace 2 gas meters out front all on separate visits to suit our timing. The gas meter replacement ended up far more complicated than expected, but they stayed late to finish the job, then ended up discovering a gas leak in the boiler in a flat upstairs through that job, so came back the next day to deal with that too. Also fixed our dripping towel rail while they were round! Would recommend to anyone, and will have them back for more work soon I'm sure.

Choose Gas safety Medic from the list of engineers available, as after reading their 100% reviews I decided they were the best to service the boiler. The quote given for the job was also competitive. Scott from Gas Medic arrived early and was very professional in appearance, vehicle and tools he was carrying. Whilst servicing the boiler he gave very sound advice and seemed very knowledgeable. He was honest , friendly , courteous and easy to get on with.....not only with me but also with my tenants. He really is an excellent young man, caring and considerate, very proud and passionate of his work. He cleaned up the area thoroughly after he finished. I wish him the best and will recommend him to family and friends...... Will definitely use again.
