21ST century roofing replace my old roof with a new one , Gary organise everthing including scaffold and materials .. The new roof is very nice and not water leaking anymore , The price of the job was acceptable not too expansive and Gary was always on time an very professional. I raccomend this Company and Gary is also a very nice guy .

Gary ascertained the problem very quickly and provided me with several options to fix the issue varying in price. The issue (leaking roof) was fixed very quickly and unstressfully. Gary is a very nice chap that has mountains of experience and I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Really professional job. Pleased with the work carried out (an entire roof replacement.) I was kept updated and consulted on any complications or changes in scope. Delighted with the results. Would highly recommend and already have to friends.

Turned up on time, and finished the job promptly. We had a few concerns after the work was completed about the size and colour of the lead used, but Gary assured us the lead would "tone down" over time, which it has done. Most importantly, the roof has stopped leaking. Happy with the results. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Gary knows his roofing subject well. He is experienced. Gary has a good work staff and is not terribly expensive. He has done a number of jobs for me over the years I have known him. I am happy with his work.

Gary and his team have done roof replacements and gutter clearing and repairs on a regular basis for at least the last 6 years for Fitz-Gibbon Limited. They are reliable and work tidily and efficiently and carry out the work to a good standard. They work to the timescales given and price quoted.
