From the get-go, Gary at 21st Century Roofing was very communicative on all aspects of the job: listening to the client, offering competitive quotes, organising the scaffolding, etc. Gary’s team were punctual, they worked extremely hard, were very efficient and at the end of each day would clear away/tidy up. Had a great experience with Gary and his team. Very communicative and friendly all the way through, from the first call and site visit to provide a quote. In the run up to starting our job, as things were weather dependent, Gary was frequently in touch to let us know when things were likely to get going. Gary and his crew that were on site were always punctual, polite and respectful. The quality of the work Gary's crew did was excellent - the new roof slates and porch look great. They were also thorough in checking whether any of the woodwork and rafters needed replacing, and changed out any rotting pieces without unnecessarily changing out pieces that were still in good condition. Would recommend Gary and 21st century roofing without hesitation!

We used Gary and his team on a project in Mortlake and we were very impressed with his workmanship and honesty. They carried the works out to a very high standard and made sure we received a guarantee and certificate at the end of the project.

Gary was very helpful when I needed advice having received a survey on a property I was planning to buy. He clearly read the survey carefully and came back to me quickly with a view on the work that would need to be done to the roof and the estimated cost. I would highly recommend Gary Oller of 21st Century. He is very professional, extremely helpful and what's more HONEST. Mr. Oller took pictures of the roof problems to show me, explained exactly what the best solution was (new roof etc) He is fully insured, gives written guarantee and takes pride in his work and at a fair price. To know that work is carried out to Building Regulation Requirement (some cowboy roofers do not) is very reassuring. 10/10. Exceptional. Thank you 😊👏🏻
