Mark and his team have done an excellent job of replacing the patio at my parents' home. Mark is professional and accommodating and his standards are of the highest. He handled my parents' requests for changes from their original requests with tact and understanding. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Mark completed a fabulous job for us. We now have a new patio, pergola and deck. We were not completely sure what we wanted at the outset but were happy to let him guide us on the design as he worked on the project. At all stages we were able to discuss with Mark and to share ideas to refine the scheme so that we ended up with an overall look that we absolutely love. Mark works in a very professional way, is clean, tidy and respectful of your home and garden. We would not hesitate to recommend him or to use him again for future projects.

This is the third time that we have used “The Welsh Garden Construction Company” which speaks volumes. They have transformed our garden. The work is always of the highest standard and never fails to impress. Mark and Matt are approachable and friendly. Mark has a wealth of knowledge and experience, he is always willing to adapt and amend things in accordance with your requirements. The outside area was always left clean and tidy at the end of each working day. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

Welsh Garden Construction has done a fantastic job laying our new porcelain patio. Not only is the final result outstanding, matching exactly what we had asked for, but the experience along the way has been pleasantly smooth and stress-free. I usually fear having someone carry out any work around the house, often favouring DIY knowing I’ll be happy with my own work (we’ve had our fair share of problems with other companies where issues have taken months to resolve). However, laying a patio wasn’t something I wanted to undertake on my own, so I did my research and was willing to pay for the job to be done right. I’m so glad I hired Mark and Matt. Communication was spot-on; keeping us updated throughout the project and including us in any decisions on the finer details as things progressed. At the end of each day the patio/work area was always left clean and tidy and, considering it was quite a large job, the inconvenience to us was kept to an absolute minimum. In addition to being knowledgeable, highly skilled and very professional, Mark and Matt are thoroughly nice guys and I wouldn’t hesitate in having them back for our next garden project!

My requirements for this work were to correct a long-term drainage problem and I will not be able to make an accurate assessment of the result for a year or two. However, I am 100% satisfied with the knowledge, skill, communication and service of Mark and his crew. Options were and discussed. I was made to feel part of the day-to-day process when decisions had to be made. The work itself was done carefully, efficiently and was always respectful of the job itself and my home. I am truly impressed and hope the result is as good as the treatment I have had in getting to that result.

Mark has just completed the removal of my old patio, replacing it with porcelain paving. He has totally transformed the area I had for sitting out. His suggestion of removing what was left of a tiny lawned area and replacing it with membrane and slate chippings was a briĺliant idea as it really complements the paving.Mark has a natural eye for the work he does. My attempt of a widlife pond which was basically a plastic tub with a few plants around it has been completely revamped by Mark into a realistic wildlife area.I already have a wagtail regularly visiting to drink from the pond. Mark and his apprentice Matt were extremely friendly and easy to approach but were also very profesional in the work they carried out. I would definately recommend Welsh Garden Construction Company as I am extremely happy with the work which has been done.

Even though I have a large established garden, before my son left for university it was like a glorified “sports field” . Then Mark worked his magic. ! Defining the overgrown borders from the lawn. Stripping and replanting a lost rockery. Building a small stone wall in a hidden corner to provide another flower bed. I wasn’t even sure what I wanted but Mark had a vision and we worked with it. I am absolutely delighted. ! Mark is extremely respectful and was totally professional from start to finish. I can highly recommend him.

Mark has done a wonderful job in our garden. He has been really helpful throughout, offering us advice and ensuring we are happy with everything as he did it. We are doing our garden in phases and have asked Mark to quote us for the next stage as we are so happy with his work, happily have him return.

The Welsh Garden Construction company did a fantastic job of reshaping the garden in the way that we wanted. They were reliable, professional, tidy, hardworking and very friendly. This is the second time we had hired the Welsh Garden construction company and the quality of their work remained as consistent as it was previously. They did a fantastic job of constructing a stone wall to retain the new terrace, and to the exact style we wanted. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Mark kept us well informed of his ability to start, and his expected timeline. His work is of an excellent standard, and he left everything neat and tidy at the end of every day, as well as helping move left-over materials at the end. He has been friendly and considerate, while doing his utmost to accommodate our ideas and wishes (persuading us on occasion to trust his ample experience). Very happy with the result - thank you!
