Jamie repointed my house and I found his work acceptable.He kept me informed if there was a problem with him not being on time (problems with his van) He was friendly and polite.I was aware that this job would cause a lot of mess.However Jamie gave me his personal guarantee that he would jet wash the paving on the property,as well as next door (Front drive) also windows would be cleaned. This I accepted as good practice. The reality of this guarantee was that at the end of the job an ordinary garden hose was used on my paving,and no washing down was done on my neighbours drive. Jamie told me the rain would wash the brick dust away (It has not) I am left with mortar on the windows and sills, also mortar on outside gas pipes which I can't remove,there is also damage to a doorstep.Jamie is very personable,hard working and polite.The actual re pointing was acceptable. However I would not employ him again as his guarantee of leaving everything clean and tidy is not to be trusted.

Great job. Hired to repoint and fix various broken bricks. Job was completed speedily and cleared down area after completion. Very neat work, would recommend.

Jamie is a nice guy. However, I think he rushed sizing up the job and consequently when he came later to do the work it wasn't to the standard I expected for the price. To his credit he did purchase and fit some caps which I specified to try to rectify the situation. However, the job is still not satisfactory. All in all, I think he should have spent longer assessing the job and getting the correct materials from the off. He wasn't cheap and I still have a leak.
