Michael has been fantastic throughout the process from quote to payment. Very professional looking job and adapted to any quirks in the situation well. We had our kitchen refitted at the same time so had to juggle a tight timeline for all contractors, and Michael was very helpful in the whole scenario. Can't see any reason not to recommend to anyone else. Thanks very much!

Arrived for quote and to complete the job on time. Everything thoroughly explained. We were left with a number of choices and we were given all the pros and cons in relation to the choices we could make. We made our final selection, short time frame to fit the boiler and will be fully registered on our behalf. Work completed within the time frame quoted. Kitchen left clean and tidy - you would never know we had workmen in!

from start to finish, the job was handled very professionally, on the day of the quote, the job was laid out as to what would happen each day, from day one, to the end of the installation of the boiler, quote was received, with details of equipment and parts to be used, although not the cheapest quote I received for the job, (other quotes were within £100 +/- of each other) the presentation was very good, any questions I had, were answered straight away and in detail, so I understood what was in tailed during the installation during the install, all aspects of the quote were done, if a issue arose, michael was quick to point this out and other a solution, which resulted in minor distruption at the end of the install, Michael did a run through the operational of the boiler, my home was left clean and tidy, you would not, if visit, notice that work had been carried out Michael and David were very polite, all the time, I would recommend to anyone wishing to have a combi boiler fitted .... 10/10

All good. Michael came at the agreed time after calling to say on his way. Did the job of moving a cooker gas point without any mess or fuss. Would use again and recommend. Top Bloke ;-)
