Part of the job poorly done, can't get a partial refund because of their policy. Too many issues to list. Don't recommend and won't hire again. Updated on 14.8.25: I contacted the company a few weeks later and they sent someone out to fix the issue👍 However, their communication was very pushy that it was annoying!!! Asking me over and over again to delete or amend my review. Now I saw that they posted a screenshot of my WhatsApp chat with them 👀 Josh was helpful to sort out the problem and they don't work with the people anymore who did the sh*t job. Changed to two stars but still wouldn't recommend.Answer from tradesperson:

I had tanking and a new damp proof course installed, so to be honest, i wont really know how effective the job is until 3 or 4 months down the line ie everywhere is still dry. however the work that has been done so has been first class. the builders, plasterer's were outstanding. very friendly, nothing was too much and i was very impressed the lengths they went to to tidy up at the end. Only downside was a slightly messy finish where a skirting board was replaced and the beading around the edge had disappeared. Review left on 25 Feb 2025Rating: 1 out of 5Damp in lots of places of my houseI have been let down on multiple occasions and had my time wasted by this company. Adrian came and looked at all the damp in my house and I was very impressed with how thorough he was. He recommended i get a PIV unit in my loft and have damp course injected in my livingroom. They sent me an invoice via email and asked me to pay a deposit and we scheduled a date for them to come. They only sent this email late afternoon/evening and I didn’t check my emails until the next day so didn’t see it. First thing the next morning I got a phone call from them saying as I hadn’t paid the deposit they had given my slot to someone else and had to reschedule. So we settled on another date and I paid the deposit. The day they were due to come no one turned up. 2 hours after they were due to arrive they phoned with an excuse and said they would come the next week, but the same thing happened! No one turned up!! They tried asking to reschedule again. But I’ve said I want a full refund. Not impressed!!Answer from tradesperson:
