    Damp problem
    Work completed on time. Wesley and McKenzie did a great job working late into the evening to complete the work on time.

    Large damp wall in living room
    Almost 2 years and the job is still not completed. The experience with this company has very surprisingly awful and the “damp proofing” was not completed properly. They promised a 1 year check up that was carried out over 6 months late, despite me messaging about signs of damp. The aftercare surveyor identified missed spots from the damp proofing, said it’s covered in the warranty, and will be repaired easily and quickly at the beginning of January, about 4 emails later and now nearly February, I’m still waiting for this to be addressed. My actual experience working with them on the job also was not great or professional, which I was quite surprised given the majority of reviews. This also contrasted with the surveyor who originally came and explained the job and gave the quote who was professional. This has been the worst experience I’ve had hiring someone for my property and I’m really disappointed at the lack of integrity in following through and completing the job.

    fast and reliable. mason, luke and aaron fantastic team

    i was very impressed with the level of service. we couldn’t quite find a damp proofing company we was comfortable with. but from the moment we contacted fresh breeze home the service was fast and reliable. a big thank you to the hard working team mason, luke and aaron.

    Damp mid terrace house

    I am incredibly impressed with this company. Especially Jay who was extremely educated in the subject and we chose the company due to this. The team were friendly and very high quality plasterers.

    Small damp patch in cupboard
    The team who carried out the work were excellent and very professional, they caused us minimum disruption while carry out the work. I was very impressed with the quality of the work, right down to the plastering. From start to finish everyone I had contact with were excellent. I would recommend them as the first people for anyone to call.

    URGENT -KITCHEN WALL
    Came out very quick even after fresh breeze were already at mine today haha. They found the cause of the issue and it will be resolved tomorrow. Thank youuu

    Persistent damp patches on bedroom wall
    Awful experience in so many ways. We are currently in the process of reporting them to Trading Standards due to unresolved disputes. Firstly, the quote they gave was clearly incorrect, as soon as the workers came in to do the work, they said it was clear they needed to triple the area of work and price and the workers said that the person doing the quotes does not know enough. Secondly, the workers admitted that they knocked a radiator valve and caused a leak, which only the day after completion we realised caused some damage to the ceiling below. When we reported this they then said it wasn't them. Thirdly, and most concerningly, there is extremely clear and obvious evidence that they have caused damage to the external walls after going too far with the machinery to remove the existing material from the walls and impacting on the bricks internally. They are also completely denying this was their fault. I can say at least that the new rendering and plastering was adequate.
