Having struggled with many plumbing issues & finding myself in need of a new bathroom on my home renovation I hired First Call Plumbing. I found Rod very understanding of my plumbing issues & he had some excellent design ideas for my new bathroom. Work started around 2 or 3 weeks after I hired First Call & the work was done to a very high standard with excellent communication throughout the job. I would hire First Call again & would recommend to friends & family. Rod made sure that my job was done right & more than met my expectations.

I had a full bathroom renovation the 2 guys Ben and John did a fabulous job they both worked really hard and made sure everything was done they were polite and friendly and I would recommend this company I am over the moon with it thank you

We were very impressed with the professionalism from the initial meeting with Rod and Angela to the fitting by Ben and John. We appreciated their advice and suggestions in updating our 40 year old bathroom and are delighted in having a new, modern bathroom. They said it should be completed in 5 days from start to finish and it was and they also kept to the original quotation as there is usually some unexpected and additional work to do. We have no hesitation in recommending First Call Plumbing and Heating and will definitely contact them for any future needs.

Very happy with the service from First call plumbing and heating. Not only were they there when they said they would be but to be honest they were working in difficult circumstances due to my elderly grandparents being present. The job was also more work than they originally planned for. They showed my grandparents respect and kindness whilst working, the job was done daily until completion and they never increased the original quote. If i was able to i would have paid them more. So overall i would recommend and trust them with future work.

Very quick to respond after we had leak from the bathroom into the kitchen. Ben came round that day, and did the first fix, he was friendly, knowledgeable and very tidy! Very good and polite did a great job

Used on a number of occassions and very happy with the service. Good advice and workmanship compared to other plumbing contractors. Currently assisting me with a job running until Christmas so very grateful for their assistance. Will definately use more going into 2022

This was our first building project and were a little nervous. We had a basic idea of what we wanted and what could be achieved in a small and slightly restrictive shaped bathroom. Having formulated a plan with First Call plumbing and heating we were excited to get under way. They started 2 days later than first told and we feared the worst. Ben and Joe showed up, the removal went really well and no problems were identified with the walls or access to the waste pipes. The plumbing first fix pipework went in and the wipeable aqua boards started going up. Problems with the first set of boards meant they had to be changed and this caused more delays. New boards were acquired and fitted and things were back on track. The shower, toilet, and vanity unit with sink went in and things started to look superb. The overall finish is excellent and has surpassed our expectations and we are over the moon with the end product. Ben and Joe were polite and respectful and have a superb work ethic and are keen to provide the best finish possible. A slideshow video was provided of the job from start to finish and this is a nice touch. Only two minor points, the lack of communication on a daily basis, we expected 8am starts and this rarely happened with no information as to why, a daily text message would help. The job lasted two weeks instead of one. All things considered We would definitely recommend First Call. 5 star finish 4 star communication. Thanks to all concerned.

First Call Plumbing & Heating were a delight to deal with from start to finish. The communication via Angela in particular and with the team on-site was absolutely first class. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The job was carried out to a very high standard, in a surprisingly short time and at the price we were initially quoted. We can't thank the team enough and an especial thanks to Ben and Joe who did the work and to Rod for coming back at short notice to check the shower unit. We are very happy indeed and would highly recommend this firm to anyone.
