    New shower fitting and tiles replace/redone.
    Great company. Very friendly and professional. Done a great job for me and I highly recommend them. My new shower cubicle is now both beautiful and practical and easy to keep clean. Highly recommend this company. Thankyou. Tina Coulthard

    Bathroom job for Bernadette
    First Call Plumbing Solutions were very professional. They responded straight away to my job and were very reliable. They turned up on time and we're very diligent. I got a quote after Their representative came out to look at my bathroom. The quote was very fair and I am very happy with the results. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an efficient company. Thanks very much.

    Fix a tiling problem then fit shower enclosure
    After 5 years without a shower due to us botching up the tiling ourselves, we advertised for a bathroom fitter/tiler to come and discuss with us how it could be rectified. Rod of First Call plumbing and heating solutions visited to look at the job and was amazing. He was so positive, solution focussed and professional, describing clearly and confidently a much simpler solution that we had ever imagined with no criticism of what we had done at all. Within a week we had chosen panels and the job was completed. The work Rod and Ben have done is of such a high standard and looks amazing. They are so skilled, professional, kind, and friendly. We highly recommend their work and we have already asked them to do other plumbing and tiling jobs in the house which need doing.

    Remove pipes bathroom
    No! I can not recommend them. But, on a plus side, we completed the work ourselves and did a fantastic job, we have now become excellent at tiling, plumbing, laying flooring and other things. It wasn't hard at all! So, every cloud and all. Believe in yourself and you can achieve things!

    Shower room installation
    First Call were friendly, and quick to quote and start. They understood the particulars of the job, provided simple advice and left their workspaces tidy. The job was completed inside the time and budget I had allowed for it, and I have been pleased with the results since. I would certainly employ them again.

    Shower room and toilet fit-out
    If I was to base this review on the people, it would be high marks. Really nice and friendly, however we were left with multiple issues. Firstly we asked them to put in a shower, fit sink, radiator and flooring in two rooms for our office. The fit was fine, we have a functioning shower and sink despite a pipe burst which leaked in to the electrics downstairs. We painted and decorated in a second room and requested that they put flooring down. The toilet and sink was pulled out ready for the flooring damaging the paint work, skirting and walls. They also got glue in our shower which I had to scrape out leaving permanent marks. They also left the site in a mess even though I paid for a skip, one of the builders used the skip for his own home waste and also left us with a bottle of urine. After pointing this out, they did come back and tidy the site which I was thankful for. Role on winter, we’ve put the heating on for the first time to discover the piping for the radiator is leaking through the sealing downstairs leaving stains all over. I’ve called, text, left voicemails to explain it is cold and we are unable to have heating on in the building. I arranged for someone to come over but they didn’t show up. I’m now being ignored after a month of chasing, which is more than reasonable. Overall, very disappointing. We’ll need to go out to someone else to fix the problem that they’ve potentially caused at a cost to us. Would not recommend.

    Hi Richard.We are pleased to know that you are happy with us on a personal level & happy with the work we carried out despite the burst pipe. It is known to my knowledge that we came, identified the problem which was a faulty fitting from the manufacturer. We fixed that problem. As for the glue in the shower, we would have advised you to not meddle with such problem as we have certain chemicals that would have removed that issue. Sorry to hear that you have damaged the item in the process. We were aware that you provided a skip, but sadly I can not speak for the other tradesmen that were on the same site. As we are plumbers,I can't not see how one would use a bottle to urinate in.That may be the way BUILDERS dispose, but us at First Call would not do such a thing. Sorry to hear you had to endure such a thing and dispose.As I am aware at the time one of our staff had a family matter, which resolved in his 1 year old in hospital which she later spent a total of 13 days in.By no means are we using this as an excuse but I'd like to think you have some thought to this family and work at that time was not a priority. We are sorry you have been left disappointed.We would have been more than willing to come and resolve these problems for you, but things do work both ways and we have tried to book you in on the days we were available but sadly you weren't.From your disappointing review we see you have made up your mind. We wish you good fortune in resolving your disappointment.

    Toilet pipe fix
    Ben was superb - really friendly and professional and fixed it straight away. Am really impressed and will use again for future jobs

    To supply and fit new bath to wetroom shower

    Bathroom needs fitting in Earlsheaton
    Well all I can say is that it's been a fantastic experience beginning to end! Ben has worked so hard this week to give me my dream bathroom and he's 100% achieved it. Nothing has been too much trouble, he was polite, friendly and an absolute pleasure to have in my home. I cant recommend this company enough from the beginning Rod turned up with all samples and went over and above to help me chose what I wanted and always at the end of the phone. Brilliant set of lads and a wonderful work ethics 5 star. Will definitely be using this company again
