Very professional service, very good experience.

Steve was great. Very prompt to reply, always attentive to any communications, and clearly laid out the potential issues. He then came, assessed the problem and fixed it very quickly. Professional and courteous, I'd happily use Steve again and/or recommend him to anyone else.

Steve arrived quickly and sorted out our front door with the key from inside in no time. He is clearly competent and knowledgeable and the price was reasonable too, however a service of this sort rarely comes cheap indeed.

Great service. Steve was very polite and helpful. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and advise a quote which was very reasonable and the lock came with a 2 year warranty. Within the same day my front door lock was fixed and Steve even cut me extra keys for a very small fee which saved me a lot of time. I would recommend Fairfax locksmiths to friends and definitely use them again myself. Great job.
