Steve, gave an upfront indication of what the problem was likely to be and also a rough cost. He attended on the same day and fitted the new lock and springs very quickly. Good job - All working now.

Steve arrived on time. Looked at the lock - cleaned it and did the job. He did charge me £55 as this was his minimum called out charge which seemed a lot given he was there for 10 mins - however do appreciate that this was the price we agreed.

Steve from Fairfax Locksmith was upfront about the price, prompt, tidy and courteous. When he arrived, the brand new lock he had brought had a faulty a part. He was only too happy to return the following day to complete the job. Despite the inconvenience it caused him, he was profusely apologetic. My house is now Fort Knox. I'd be happy to recommend Steve's services — great locksmith and a nice guy.
