Arrived very quickly to assess and completed the job within a couple of days which was fantastic especially as it was during the storms and the amount of work they had coming in made them exceptionally busy. Would 100 % recommend Fred - Following storm Eunice we lost a couple of tiles from our roof. Fred not only came round to look at the damage whilst the storm was still at its worst, he came and replaced the tiles the next day. Would highly recommend and will definitely keep his number for any further work if needed.

Fred, Jon and their team were communicative, helpful, fast and got in with the job - starting over the Christmas break, arranging scaffolding very rapidly and got into the job before finding a bit more deteriorated felt, rotten timber + soggy battens than anticipated, increasing the scope from a multiple small repairs task, to a front new-half re-"felt" membrane, batten and after discussion with went with a complete front half-roof tiles + dry ridge system. Fred and his team were responsive to queries and came back to do a thorough job after raising a few points for discussion. Would use again and recommend

The team did a great job re-moartering my ridge tiles and fitted a dry verge on the front of the house. They quoted a competitive price, were polite, considerate and tidy. I would recommend them if you need anything fixed on your roof. Thank you!

I was very impressed by excellent communication throughout every step the job, the use of detailed pictures showing problems and explanations as to solutions and options, was very helpful. Job: leak in the lower part of roof Contacted Fred from FL Property Maintenance after 3 days of trying to find a roofer on the island who would do the job. Fred came, inspected the effect area and explained what had caused the issue rotten and broken battens and rotten under felt. He explained best thing was replace lower 2 battens and replace old felt with a new membrane plus 10 broken tiles and that he had identified also the rebounding of several ridge tiles. A price was agreed and a date of the following Tuesday set for work to be done. Team arrived on time and set to work. The lower section was stripped and new membrane installed. They also fixed a unknown problem above the conservatory which was effecting the lay of the roof. The roof was completed by late afternoon. The team set about cleaning away all the rubbish and the garden was cleaned up. Since repair we have had 4 bad rain storms with very strong SW winds and there’s been no sign of water penetration. I am are very happy with the work and would highly recommend FL Property Maintenance.
