After a quotation my work was completed within the week; very efficient. Will be using again should I need to.

Fred was a pleasure to deal with. He is very honest - he assessed the problem with our leaking roof and gave us a cheaper and more expensive option to choose from. Fred was punctual and kept us informed about when he would be arriving and what he would be doing. His price was reasonable and he took pride in doing a good job. I recommend Fred if you are looking for an able, honest and reliable tradesman.

Fred replied to my advert straight away and came round to cost up the job within a couple of days, and then managed to fit us in to do the job the following week! Lovely chap, gave us two different options for fixing the roof, everyone else just gave us the really expensive option! My dad is a builder (but lives too far away to help!) and he agreed with the work Fred proposed. Really please with the work, and will certainly be calling on Fred in the future if we need anything else done with the roof.

Fred and his team were punctual and got on with the job professionally keeping me informed during the whole process including pictures. I would be more than happy to use them again should the need arise.

Gaps in our brickwork had formed and water was leaking through and caused damp and mould in our kitchen. Fred and one of his workers came and fixed all of the gaps (not just the ones causing the current leak). When he was on the roof, he noticed that our gutters had been purposely blocked by a different fly by night tradesperson. He notified me of this immediately and he and his worker took photos as evidence of the blocked guttering and pipes and cleared it out completely free of charge, which was arguably a bigger job then fixing the brickwork. I am indebted to Fred as if he didn't bring this problem to my attention, the blockage would have ended up causing the guttering to fall off my house which would have been very expensive to fix. Fred is a fantastic workman and I wish that more people in the trades were as reliable as he is. He is professional and offers a first class service; when he's in the area he lets me know and offers to come by and check on my roof. He takes photos to show that everything is okay or any areas that need attention. Overall, I'm very pleased to know that I have a trusted roofer to contact if I have any issues or concerns that need addressing.
