Lee and the team were great. Quick to respond. Good communication throughout the job. Honest and knowledgeable. And when it turned into a very large job on a very old house were able to do a great job very quickly on a complex roof

The job did not go well. On completion, the apex was sunken and right side low. A very long overhang was left unfinished. The company returned after some persuasion and missed dates and told me that was all normal! Eventually they put more cement on apex and clipped overhang and put guttering up as asked. Right side of apex still not right and use of cement looks poor. I asked Lee to return and also asked for my receipt and promised warranty. These were not supplied. Some months later after many broken promises, the scaffolders arrived in rain to dismantle scaffolding. While dismantling, the roof was damaged as was the porch roof. Some porch damage was done on erection. Lee promised to return last Saturday but did not arrive. The scaffolder, booked by Lee, did not respond to photographs sent showing damage. As edge of roof damage can let in rain, I have had to pay someone else hundreds of pounds to put the damage right to the roof and the porch. 4 months of expensive hassle.

Nice tidy job

Came out the same day to offer a quote which was a pretty standard price for the work. Able to fit me in the same week to have dry ridge system installed on the roof. Overall happy with the work and would recommend.

Highly professional job. Found the cause of roof leak and gave me quote quickly. Before and after pictures sent. I will highly recommend them.

Proper Job. Friendly ,open, honest. Kept in contact. Got on with the Job and made the house water tight ASAP. New Valleys, new Battoning, new waterproof membrane, eaves protectors. Explained everything.
