BEWARE...Initially did a minimal repair job for me BUT begged strenuously for extra new work he saw I had intended proposing his work would excel any other lower quote already obtained and make me proud. I gave him the work. It was a shambles failing on many levels breaching his contract. Took 5k to pre-order materials but instead went to "Pleasureland", then grabbing off the shelf on days he attended. Final day he finished (May/8.15pm demanding immediate 4k end payment (total £14k+) Next day in daylight a plethora of unprofessional faults presented. Bulging soffits more akin to hammocks! After a hailstorm the EPDM roof leaked damaging ceiling & floor. Andrew ignored requests to return until confronted, when he was then verbally abusive followed by brief visit with promise to fix (which subsequently failed following rainfall). He then disappeared ignoring all calls/texts & 9 weeks later I have an unusable building, proven with videos, photos, 3 independent assessments, showing enormous failures with recommendation it is unsafe and needs removing and rebuilding or a half rebuild with no guarantee attached costing circa 10k! Despite the deep upset and extreme stress caused, this unscrupulous compulsive liar has chosen not to redeem himself. A charmer-a player at being a nice person. Much talk /friendliness to meet his own needs/ a salesman. His response to other bad reviews is laughable considering - Shame on you Andrew Roberts/EPPS. He has no Insurance. AVOID !
