Response time and service was excellent! Empire were the first to respond and we arranged a home visit rightaway. Excellent advice was provided and the job book same appointment. Jon found me better, cheaper products, and with twice the warranty of those I'd researched. Jon also found me an electrician for a potion of the job he was unable to complete himself. Work and installation was on time, swift, and with no mess. I can't recommend Empire more!

Very polite, came the day I posted the advert and began fixing the toilet. He apologised profusely that he had to come back and finish the job. He explained what had happened to the toilet, which I appreciated. Really pleased with the work provided and will 100% use again if I ever have any plumbing problems. Thank you so much

Fantastic job working on this project. Am I as a half was unfortunately running late to the house and they kindly waited for her to arrive from the school run. Communication was spot-on and I would not hesitate to hire again for any future work.
