An excellent standard of workmanship, carried out with cheerfulness. Met quoted timescale and cost. Would have no hesitation in using again or in recommending to others. Very cost effective.

Despite appalling weather conditions, Richard and his team completed the extension on time and to a high standard. A few little snagging items took a while to resolve but these did not hinder being able to use the new room, and were minor. Congratulations to all the team for a brilliant job. I have no hesitation in recommending them for value and finish.

Elmer Building Services were excellent. They attended site exactly to the time they said and completed the job to a high standard. During the work the site was safe, well secured, self-contained and caused minimal disruption. The building staff were polite, pleasant and non-intrusive. The price was very fair and compared favourably with the many other quotations. The pre-declared statement of work was adhered to exactly. I will certainly ask EBS to tender for other works. Richard has just completed the installation of a new kitchen for me including replastering the ceiling, tiling and laying a new floor. Richard's workmanship is excellent. He's very reliable and his prices are fair. He does exactly what you ask of him. I would use him again and would recommend him to others.
