I phoned and spoke to his wife, she said she would speak to him but still nothing from him extremely bad mannered and rude.Answer from tradesperson:
I gave Mr Hodder a verbal quote to which he accepted. I called him that evening to say I was coming to carry the work the following day. He told me not to come as he had another contractor coming to give him a quote. So obviously I didn't go. He called that morning on my landline to complain that I didn't turn up. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do if the client tells you not to attend. This feedback is totally unacceptable and completely not necessary. Just look at all the positive feedback on this site and checkatrade. Very disappointed.
