Review left on 17 Dec 2019Rating: 1 out of 5Bathroom re-vamp(Updated on 21 Dec 2019)I wouldn’t recommend him, my toilet that he fitted is leaking. The grout on my bathroom floor tiles is coming out. He’s cut my bath panel wrongly and fitted it poorly. I’ve had to get someone else in to sort out this mess. I’m very unhappy.Answer from tradesperson:
Thank you for your feedback. Faulty W.C vanity was received and once fitted it leaked on tempramental basis. I did attended cuatomer property 3 times after original fitting and finally advised customet to contact the seller to ask for replacement. Customer did not contact me afterwards and posted the feedback after like 2 months.

He was helpful, pleasant to talk to and good at his job. I was a little unsure of his toilet placement at first, but he came back and sorted this when I asked him to. Review left on 21 Nov 2019Rating: 1 out of 5Ensuite fitted bathroom(Updated on 25 Nov 2019)I wish I'd left feed back sooner , to avoid others having a bad experience. However as I also have to have most of his work redone, I intend to take him to small claims court to get a refund. The tiling had to be redone, pattern was all wrong on one wall, grout and silicone used to hide poor workmanship. Shower leaked, he fixed it, leaked a second time, he fixed it and now it's leaking again. I have an unusable room. To make matters worse, others not so keen to re do his work. He kept trying to make it my fault, "my standards were too high"' . Seriously, expecting a shower not to leak, tiling, grout and silicone that looks like a six year old did it. Apologies if you have fallen foul of this man. He may be ok for small jobs, but not in my opinion a whole bathroom. MyBuilder did give good advice how to resolve things, but wary about finding someone else through them. Watch this space for any updates.Answer from tradesperson:
Thank you for the feedback. Job was done as per customer requirements. While tiling was in process, customer was well happy. Once all tiling was done customer kept finding flaws in work. Amendments were made to tiling work twice, yet customer was not happy with the work. Same was with plumbing bits, customer chose all the fittings, once everything in place, they were not happy. Shower leak was a genuine issue, but was corrected as thats the best i could do. Human error is always pissible, but in such cases i am always available to correct mistakes if any. I have done many bathroom refurbs and also had happy customers. Unfortunately, it was not the case in this refurb.
