Thank you for your feedback. David hired 2 plumbers for his plumbing work and central heating work in his house. Tiling was done by me as per his requirement. Plaster work was done by someone else and it was not even and smooth. The plastered corners had to be brushed off to keep tiling straight. Tiling and grouting was done without any flaws, customer liked it when bathroom was handed over. Some of pipe work was connected later by other plumber unknown to me. The leak happened in thier presence as confirmed by the customer. When i handed over the bathroom to customer , it was all good. It is not in my best interest to do a low standard job. But when there is more than one plumber for one bathroom, its difficult to prove who has done wrong.

Responded to customer call where they stated the electric shower is not working. The truth is the shower was never burnt out, they have a council house with very out dated consumer unit. Job was done in January 2019 and customer left a instant good feed back. In May 2019 they get a problem with consumer unit which has nothing to do with me, and i was expected to pay for the repair of consumer unit. Customer expected out of way and contacted my builder and replaced positive feed back in negative.
