The work is to replace a toilet cistern behind a concealed wall with tiles. Usman turned up on time, as planned. Communication was effective. He offered me a couple of options with clear pricing on how to fix the problem. Work was completed the following day with payment after completion. Happy with my experience.

I posted my job on 27th August 2025 & got a reply from usman in 5 minutes. He came down to review it within the hr, no call out charge. I needed installation of a cistern pack, plus review of 2 taps. He explained details of the job in detail and ensured I understood what was involved. He quoted, £100 for instillation of the c pack, plus £40 for 2 taps total, £140.very polite, punctual, and proffesional. Usman is a lovely person - it’s clear he has knowledge and expertise in his line of work. He picked up the parts from the shop for me and completed my job in no time, no mess either! Definitely my go-to plumber from now on! Thank you Usman!
