David did a fantastic job in converting our tired old kitchen and seperate dining room into a stunning new kitchen/diner. Fitted a brand new kitchen with integrated white goods, new ceiling with spotlights, wooden floor with underfloor heating, patio doors and a new combi-boiler - decorating throughout.
This was a big job which David project managed throughout. David and his team are extremely professional, industrious and courteous. He is very reliable and his timekeeping excellent. His weekly costings spreadsheet help you keep a tab on costings and what the money is being spent on, thus enabling you to monitor your overall budget and allowing David to adapt the planned work according to your requirements. Payment is by instalments, which enables you to have a clear sight on the budget.
David is an excellent communicator and you are very clear on what works are planned. Yes....the expected timeframe was exceeded by a few weeks but this was for purely unforeseen circumstances. David managed to re-jig his other planned jobs to ensure that his focus remained on your job until completion. His openess and honesty ensures there are no nasty unexpected suprises.
I have been delighted with the excellent finish he has achieved. Many people have commented on the excellent quality of his work. Any small snagging issues were resolved quickly and without fuss.
All in all I have been delighted with the work David and his team undertook and would highly recommend him.
