    Kitchen units and other jobs to be done

    I would highly recommend Signature Renovations - David and his team did a great job. Everything was done on time and to a high standard. They were polite and professional. I would hire them again. Thank you.

    Renovation of bedroom and ensuite

    We are nearing the end of our project to refurbish the interior of a loft extension (including ensuite). We have been extremely pleased with the work from David and his team, so much so that we asked them to redecorate an additional bedroom that we hadn’t factored in at the beginning. Editing previous review after works completed: sadly David didn’t come back to complete some work involving the separation of a soil pipe from our neighbours. Whilst this was quoted for as part of the original loft renovation, David seemed to dream up every excuse to avoid doing the work. I had just had a baby at the time and it was in the depths of the winter when the inside works had been completed, so we agreed he would come back to complete the final outside works when the weather was better. David seemed to dream up every excuse to avoid coming back and hasn’t finished the work to this day. Really disappointing.

    Hi, thanks for the review. It was an absolute pleasure working for these clients during the works and the finished results were really fantastic. It’s a shame to have a bad review left but have tidied up processes since then to ensure communication is clearer moving forwards. I did inform the client that they would need consent in writing from the neighbour for these works to be carried out. I also regrettably had to let them know that doing it off ladders wouldn’t be possible as previously estimated due to the nature of working at height and the job being more awkward than originally estimated. There was no easy way to amend the stock without major works to whole the stack it turned out I would never like to leave the clients feeling that we haven’t done a great job but this one had some communication failings from my side. We know have an office to ensure communication issues aren’t repeated. Agains the clients were great and maybe a lesson learned on my side Kind regards

    Ikea kitchen fitter

    From start to finish David and his team were brilliant. Excellent communications throughout. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable, offering sound advice, even picking up spare doors from Ikea on his way home for us. The build quality and finish is spot on - David has a great eye for detail and wanted to make sure the project was perfect for us. So pleased with our finished Kitchen. Both David and his team were extremely polite and tidy during the build. Would definitely recommend - and no doubt will be contacting David for our next project.

    New ensuite

    We had an en-suite shower room built for us by David and his team in our main bedroom which also involved some external drainage. We are extremely pleased with the finished project and everyone who has seen it say how nice it is. David is a very nice and approachable person who kept us informed on a daily basis, suggesting improvements during construction. He had no hesitation in returning to sort out a small snagging item which appeared a few weeks later. We thoroughly recommend him.

    Stud wall and door to create utility room

    David did a good job and was diligent, efficient and personable throughout. Particularly impressed that he was very clean as he went along and he made an effort to consult on key decision points in the process, and was accommodating to small changes in the plan along the way. The project completion was slightly delayed due to various issues, but these were for the most part out of David’s control. Wouldn’t hesitate to use David again!

    New Bathroom refurb - Adrian

    I was very pleased with the work carried out by David Edmunds small team. it was carried out in a very professional manner and attention to detail was always carried out in the finish. I would recommend him for any bathroom & decorating refurbishment works to be carried out.

    Install new Ensuite & Main Bathroom

    I am delighted to say that having commissioned David to undertake the refurbishment of our Family and En-suite bathrooms is the one of the best choices I have made. David is diligent and a consummate professional and has transformed our dilapidated and run down Family bathroom into a modern contemporary delight. He also took on the task of completing our newly built En-suite from the shell it was left in to a wonderful bright space we now have. He was always thinking of the best and most practical way of completing the works without breaking the bank. I look forward to asking David to return when our next project takes place later in the year.
