Swift response, but diddn't let me know that the pipe fitted was larger than the one removed so wood surround had to be recut, this was a surprise when I went to do it , could have communicated more.

Fantastic job, that was dealt with fast, cleanly and professionally. Carl and Alan worked tenaciously to rectify an incorrect Stuart Turner pump installation. They even unraveled a long-term and somewhat mysterious problem with the pipework that nobody had been able to sort out in the past, hence enabling for the entire hot water in my bungalow to be pumped. I was impressed by the fact that Carl proactively liaised with Stuart Turner in order to double-check on parts and pump suitability even before I had agreed to give him the job. Well done, guys! Keep on going!

Ecoten Ltd moved our 18 months old boiler from our kitchen into our loft. This included running new pipes inside and outside (keeping in mind that we want a conservatory one day), attaching the boiler to our brick wall in the loft and putting our condensation pipe into our guttering to keep things tidy. We boarded out the loft and put in the electrical supply to keep the cost down. The boys were friendly, knowledgeable and aware of our budget. The work took longer than they originally thought, but they returned to continue with the work, kept us informed and charged us what they quoted. They even did some extra things at no extra charge, including putting in a gas supply for our gas hob, disconnected our gas fire in the living room and took off/put on some radiators. I will use the company again if I need any plumbing work.

The job was completed to our full satisfaction, we found Daniel to be very professional and helpful and we would definitely hire again.

Daniel and Carl came to fix my bathroom leak the day after I posted this job. They were very polite and friendly people that I was happy to have in my home. I hired them because they quoted £85 and were able to fit me in very quickly. When they arrived and found it would take longer than expected, this went up to £130. They applied sealent to some hairline cracks in my bathroom tiling and they discovered and filled some large holes behind my shower taps. They told me not to pay until I was satisfied that the leak was properly fixed, which I found impressive. In fact, they hadn't completely caught it on the first visit, so they came around again a few days later and regrouted an area of tiling. This completely fixed the leak at no further cost to myself. My only gripe was that I wasn't always called when I was told I would be. However, the job's done and I was happy with the guys, so I would probably use Ecoten again in future.

Very pleasent to deal unlike the job they had to do. Originally quoted 85 inclusive of VAT but Job was nasty and longer than they thought so ended up being £130. However, they deal with a blocked drain with thick fat sludge that had built up. Daniel and his friend were excellent communicators coming round as soon as they could, even offered to come at 6am in the morning if that suited me. I would recommend them
