David fitted my new water pump a few weeks ago. It's not an overstatement to say this has transformed my house! I was suffering from low water pressure but now the shower is much better and the toilet and kitchen sink now take next to no time to fill. David did a good job with the plumbing and I would consider him for future jobs.

Dave is a courteous and friendly chap, easy to work with. He has over a decade of experience the last three with his own firm. The job was done for a fixed price. There was some unscheduled work which needed a piece of piping and a trip to get it, the fixed price remained fixed. He arrived fifteen minutes earlier than agreed on the Saturday morning. Getting a non-emergency Saturday booking is useful for keeping your annual holiday allowance. His communication is good. Dave thought the job would take half a day and it did. At the beginning he needed to turn the water off in the cellar. Realising it was flooded with rainwater I asked if he had a change of footwear so he wouldn’t track the cellar through the house, he did without making an issue of the request. A problem did develop and having mentioned it to him along with the symptoms/clues Dave was back on the Monday to fix it within half an hour. Dave is user-friendly, happy and helpful, I would recommend him.

I have chosen DJW Plumbing&Heating (David Woodroof) to replace my old boiler with a new Vaillant Ecotec Pro 28. I was happy with Dave's quote and he seemed to know the business well and has given me the advise and explanation which I needed. He is very pleasant and polite and efficient.
