We hired Dave to service the installation of a megaflo unvented cylinder in our house. From start to finish, Dave was extremely professional and keen to answer any questions we had (and we had more than a few to be fair). Dave explained to us how he would proceed, what may be the most likely problem and how he would deal with it should those problems materialize. This gave us excellent visibility and confidence that the process would be well handled. He has very strong communication skills via phone, face to face and via emails. He came twice before the work started at our request which he always promptly accepted despite other commitments he had and with really short notices. The first time he came over he even fixed for us an issue as we had boiled water out of our taps and free of charge! He was just very knowledgeable, polite and diligent. During the installation, Dave provided regular updates and re-assurance. He got the work done exactly how he planned and in the anticipated time. Despite all the work involved left the place in a good state. Our house was never upgraded in the past and he had to deal with a very old installation and it wasn't straight forward. Dave's prices for his services have been very reasonable. We have further work to be done in our house for which we will use Dave's services without the shadow of a doubt. We would recommend Dave to anyone that would need a very good and very professional plumbing engineer.

David came very quickly to sort out the sink issues and immersion heater problems we were having and he worked so very quickly and efficiently and saved us a lot of stress and worry we were having. There was a little issue with the immersion heater repair but he was back the next day to look into it without any fuss at all and quickly sorted it out within the hour. I would highly recommend David to all our friends and family and will definitely call him again should we have any other troubles or jobs in the future.

Turned up promptly and work was completed quickly and professionally, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Dave has installed a new boiler for us. He was on time. Job was done neatly and quickly. He was polite and had effective communication with tenant without us being around. I will recommend him.

David fitted our hot tap unit and connection to tap, he did an excellent job was organised and very tidy. Will be using again when we update our bathroom.

I II had a mixer tap fitted by DJW plumbing today and was very satisfied with the standard of work carried out I found Dave very helpful and will definately use this company again. Joyce Sinden.

Very happy with the work Dave did fitting our new unvented water cylinder. He worked really hard, was neat and tidy and generally a nice bloke. I would definitely use Dave again for any plumbing work and would be happy to recommend him to others.
