Two houses have been refurbished. First one due to the damp issue within lower ground part was totally stripped, damp proofed and refitted with all appliances, wooden flooring, decorated and hand over to the satisfied Client. Second house had full refurbishment including bathroom (no kitchen work were done), breaking the walls, new roof lantern, sun tunnel, wood flooring, mirrored walls, build in shelving and wardrobe, external & internal painting, electric & plumbing amendments, new roofing, window replacement, wall paper, roof ladder and other building works.
I had Ralph's team come in on a damp proofing project for an annex to my house which they sorted in an efficient and timely way after making a careful assessment of the problem and providing an accurate quote. The team then went on to carry out the redecorating of the space to a very high standard. I was so impressed with them that I had them take on the far more major project of renovating the main part of my home which included removing walls, installing a new bathroom, new flooring, decorating throughout and the installation of a lantern skylight. Exterior work including painting and a new flat roof finishing was also included. Ralphs team were friendly and efficient - the entire project was only slightly late in finishing and came in slightly under the anticipated cost. I would highly recommend them.
