Superb service - friendly, quick, efficient and extremely tidy. A fantastic job was completed on my ceiling and the final cost was less than the quote as they managed to salvage what was left, so no unnecessary work was done. Highly recommended!

A tile had slipped from our roof and, after reading all the positive feedback, we decided to give DPC Building Services a call. I spoke to Dave Pearce initially and he said he could get a couple of guys over to have a look at it and I could decide afterwards if I wanted the work carried out. The guys visited and were polite, professional and got the job done without any hassle. After hearing horror stories from friends about building companies it was great to have work carried out by professionals! I would definitely phone DPC Building Services for any future work.

Water pipe burst in our first floor bathroom causing damage to plaster in downstairs dining room and hallway. David did an excellent job of stripping and re plastering ceilings and walls, he was always on time and very tidy, i would welcome him back for further jobs.

David arrived at the agreed time to fix a leak at the very top of my roof. Even though he was let down by the plant supplier (a cherry picker to get to a very awkward part of my roof), Dave still got the work done with a combination of ladders ! Note that I have had many builder and so called experts in the past who failed to see why damp was getting into my home. David was the first to find the problem and solve it! I will use David again for any future roofing work.

We were badly let down by our original contractor and ended up looking for a new contractor on MyBuilder. Dave, Mark and Andy were one of 5 builders we had round to quote and we have been delighted with our choice of builder. Their pricing was competitive and the references they provided were honest and pleased with the work they had done. At the start of the build we agreed that if anything cropped up which was outside the scope of the original plans Dave would discuss it with us and provide options. This happened on a few occasions and each time we were offered alternative solutions. Dave, Mark and Andy were extremely flexible and worked around the sleep pattern of our 18 month old child keeping the noise to a minimum when he was sleeping during the day. They also managed to keep the disruption to our day to day life to a minimum. We are pleased with the work they have completed and all snagging was completed as it occured. The project was completed on budget, it was slightly overdue but this was due to factors outside the builders control which we were aware about. We would recommend DPC Building and would have them back to do further work on the house.

A little more than quoted as the tile had not just slipped but was broken. They checked with me first and let me know the reason for the slight increase in price. I am very pleased with this company and would contact them again for any future jobs needed.

I usually only work with people who are recommended to me, however I took a chance with Dave after reading the positive comments left by his previous clients; I am really pleased that I did. The work carried out was excellent and I have not hesistated to call on Dave again to carry out other areas of work. Dave and his team are professional, polite, punctual and perfectionists. I will be using Dave again and without hestitaion would recommend him to anybody - in fact I already have to 2 friends. I am, clearly, a very satisfied customer :-)
