Two new ceilings abd a bit of boxing

Andy and Mark worked tirelessly on our property. Our hallway now looks professionally finished, the boxing in and plastering have been finished to a very high standard. They were extremely friendly and diligent. They would sweep and clean at the end of every day, took very few breaks and when the work took longer than anticipated due to the unusual structure of our property, they continued to work and did not charge us for the extra day. We will be hiring again in the future and do not hesitate in recommending them.

    plastering and decorating

We had our lounge completely re-plastered, including the ceiling by Mark and decorated by Jordan. The standard was excellent and very, very reasonable. They were both left in the house whilst we were at work to get on with the job and were completely trustworthy. I would hire them both again and hope to do so when we move on to the next job. I wholeheartedly recommend them both.

MyBuilder is working with a production company on behalf of Channel 4 to supply builders for a renovation/building based TV show. This Job is for the filming of episode 3, which will be based in Stroud, Gloucester. The total project involves the renovation of Living room, Dining Room, Entrance hall way and landing. We will post multiple jobs within the appropriate categories. FOR THIS JOB POST, we require; Painter/Decorator (we require 4 in total so there will be duplicate job posts - no need to apply for more than one!) You will need to be an expert in your field, be able to work well under pressure, happy taking orders from the programme producers and foremen on-site, and be comfortable in-front of a camera crew. Every job will have a daily rate of £150 which will be paid by the production company. Overalls and T-shirts may be provided, and Tradesmen will be expected to represent MyBuilder and the show professionally and properly. Where appropriate, MyBuilder will work with you to get coverage in the press, and online, so we may be able to generate you some commercial benefit from being involved over and above the work itself. Oh, and you must be ready to have fun while you work - this will be a great project to be involved in!

PBPM were used in a project for the Channel 4 production team in Stroud in November. They did a fantastic job and we would recommend them for future work.

Painting of hall, landing and stairs

Fantastic, I have never come across a company who not only complete the job on time but also at the agreed price before. David and Jordon were a pleasure to deal with and would have no hesitation in recommending them for any work. They did not give the cheapest quote, but it is worth paying a little extra to deal with real professionals. Thanks guys for a grate job well done.

    Build two-storey extension

We are more than happy with their work. Very conscientious and clearly concerned if they cannot stick to their schedule, (unavoidable due to the Siberian winter, though we still had a large two-storey extension in three months) and the work quality is faultless. Just as important, they are very friendly and a pleasure to have around. It's worth at least getting them to quote, then you'll meet Dave and Mark and be convinced.

    Part of roof has sunk

Dave, Andy and Mark were brilliant - very helpful, knowledgable and understanding of the problem. Dave also gave us a lot of free advice about other issues around the house, which have come in hady. Also, they originally quoted £350 for the job, but it was not as complicated as first feared and they lowered the price to £200 on completion. I have nothing but praise for all 3 of them, they are wonderful to deal with, pleasant, friendly and refreshingly honest, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will also happily use them again in future without hesitation - a brilliant company to deal with.
