extremely professional came out at short notice to do some work on a property, the quote was very reasonable the work carried out to a high standard, additionally as im not in the area they were extremely flexible in been able to accommodate when the work was carried out. 100% happy with all the work would highly recommend!

Julian came and assessed the issues in the home relating to a few damp areas, he gave me excellent advice, gave me a quote for the jobs to be undertaken. I have had other advice and prices from other damp proof tradesman previously with some outrageous prices and work involved. I knew julian and his team were the right people to do the job, I was advised to have a PIV unit, no one had previously discussed this option and after speaking with others and researching the product i decided that this was the best choice for our home, after agreeing to go ahead with julian and his team, I can now say 1 week plus later all the work has been undertaken, excellent work and great team. Throughout julian has been very courteous, he and his team cleaned up everytime work was undertaken, all in all I would definitely recommend julian, thank you

What a great guy Julian is. I've been trying to get a tradesman to call for weeks. Contacting 5 or 6 damp proof specialists in the area. Not one called back. I placed an add on My Builder, and Julian called me within 10 minutes. He arranged to call at my property the next day. He arrived on the dot, and proceeded to inspect all the walls in the house. During his visit, he was professional, and very friendly. After inspecting the damp. He informed me it was condensation. He then gave me advice on how to stop the condensation appearing. He never took payment for his time or advice. I even offered to pay for his time. But he wouldn't hear of it. In my opinion. Julian is an honest tradesman, that is incredibly knowledgeable in his field. I wouldn't have any hesitation in using Julian for any damp proofing work in the future, or recommending him to other people. Thanks again for your time and advice.
