Punctual, polite, reliable and hard working. What more could you possibly want from a tradesman! Mark and his partner had a professional approach and were very helpful and obliging. Between them they found a solution to fix my patio doors which were giving me trouble for months. I am really pleased to have come across them and will definitely be using them again in the future. They come highly recommended.

I am soooo pleased with Mark (Double Glazing Essex) - I would not hesitate for a second to use his company again in the future. Mark is very professional and polite, quoted a fair price for the job, kept me well informed whilst waiting for glass panel to be made, turned up exactly on time, completed the job in 45 minutes and left the room as tidy as he found it. Other tradesmen should go to Mark to learn about customer service!

Mark gave a quote over the email and arranged a dare to come and measure up, quote stood! Very reasonable and realible! Always answered text and phone calls! Very flexible as fitted cat flap today! Would recommend Mark and his team will also have no resavations in using him again if I have any other glazing jobs!

Mark did an excellent job and I am very pleased with his work. He was also very professional in his approach and clearly knows what he is talking about. Mark was friendly but didn't waste time and got on with job, afterwards he looked at other work that had been done by other tradesmen and I learned a lot from him, he's a wealth of information and I can't recommend him enough !
