I had two bay windows and two small windows installed by Mark & Neil which took two days. Mark firstly came to quote and straight away it was clear that he was a really decent guy and NOT your usual salesman type. In fact they don’t use salesmen, they come and quote, measure up, then install the windows themselves. The price they quoted me was very competitive and they didn’t hassle me with loads of follow up calls afterwards. They are polite, pleasant to chat with and always had time to answer any questions and there was never a problem contacting them. They were punctual and I felt completely comfortable having them in my house whilst I was out of work. They left the house tidy every day. They worked incredibly hard to get the job finished and stayed till late on the 1st day to make sure the windows were finished properly as there was a problem with the roof above one bay window and it took longer than they had envisaged. Mark and Neil take real pride in their work, the products they use are first rate and I have had several comments including from other tradesmen of what a good job they’ve done. I honestly can’t praise them highly enough as not only were they a pleasure to deal with and to have around the house but they also did an absolutely fantastic job. I’m so glad I used them and will use them for all my future window replacements. I recommend them 100%.
