Engineer was right on time and I was really happy with work carried out. Tidied up afterwards and talked me through process of job. Great professionalism shown throughout !

Had my boiler replaced after is stopped working. The guys were very professional and were quick at responding to my e-mail. The guys were very friendly and gave me advice – and send a quote promptly. They arrived on time and got the job done and I’m really happy with the job done and service. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I can't thank David and his team enough our conversation is complete and amazing. They listen to any queries and help in any way possible. Have brilliant advice where needed. We now have a usable space and my son loves it. Very reliable and will definetly use again. ( even the dog misses you 😂)

Only just fitted today but I came home from work and turned on the hot tap and got hot water (after several weeks of not getting hot water it was wonderful). Have had a hot bath and had to add cold water (another novelty as had to boil water in pots and it took about an hour to get a bath ready). Best price and we are very happy.

David came round to measure up and quote the job quickly. Very friendly and professional. Sent me a quote when he said he would and it was much cheaper than the rest. Arrived to complete the job when he said he would. Got the job done quickly, professionally and with the minimum of disruption. A job well done. Highly recommended.

Extremely quick response(2 mins) when posting ad later at night (around 10pm). Spoke to David and discussed the problem and agreed to take a look with a view to repair. The boiler was on its last legs (15-20 years old) and couldn't be repaired. A replacement boiler was arranged and installed within 5 days for a good quoted price. I'm very happy with the service David and Sean provided from DJ Property Trades.
