John did well , came on the day and did the job I shall use him again

I don't live in Swansea currently, so it's very important to have builders that I can trust to do maintenance work. John and his son made me wish there was a box beyond 'positive' to tick. They were repairing the plaster on several walls and one ceiling. They gave me a very detailed (and reasonable!) quote, which, importantly, included the possibility that more work would be required once they took off the artex on the ceiling and were able to see the state of the boards and how much this would cost. They did the work promptly, on exactly the timescale that they outlined in their quote, cleaned everything up afterwards, and communicated their progress during the job. The end result was very neat work. John serves as a prime example of someone who makes having building work done a stress-free activity.

Mr Evans (John Evans Decorators) quoted a reasonable price for decorating our lounge and there were no added extra costs on completion. The work was started on the day we arranged they arrived on time each day and continued until the work was completed.  On a daily basis they cleaned up and left no mess.  I feel very satisfied with the end result.  I would highly recommend the firm of John Evans Decorators.

John Evans and son Jamie are very reliable, punctual and pay great attention to detail. The standard of their work is excellent and they were a pleasure to have working for us. All external painting on our house plus internal work to paint the lounge, dining room and kitchen was completed and the results are excellent. We have no hesitation in recommending them.
