I am very pleased with Diamond (Fred). Prompt and efficient service and made me feel very at ease. Definitely would use them again.

Fred arrived on time and carried the boiler service. Fred also provide a cost estimate to move a radiator at a reasonable rate so will be coming back in a couple weeks to carry out the job. Very personable and friendly service.

This was the second time he carried out the landlord's gas safety check for me. He was punctual, friendly and professional as always. Would definitely use him again and recommend to others.

Fred fitted a hob and moved a gas pipe for me - for which he came up with a great solution to a awkward small space. Made a great job of it - and explained everything before he did it, and also tidied up. Very reasonable price. I would certainly recommend.

Posted the job to service my boiler at 7pm Friday and Fred responded at 7.10pm. His price was ultra competitive, his feedback 100% from 90+ jobs and said he could do the job on Saturday morning. He called me on Saturday morning to let me know his arrival time which I thought was great. He was extremely courteous in my home and explained what he was doing while he was doing it. He provided me with a detailed service report with details on what work had been carried out. Couldn't ask for a better, more efficient service from Fred. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Confirmed job with Diamond but tumble dryer arrived early. Contacted Fred and he was able to bring the job forward. He said he would call when he was on his way, he did and arrived on time. Really good clean and professional job carried out.
