    Tap in utility room needs replacing

    Job picked up and quoted quickly. Really nice engineer (Kieron) come for the job. Efficiently and courteously dealt with. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

    fix Nursery pipe banging noise + service
    Could not be happier.. Fred is really polite, and nice, helped us to find a solution for some noise coming from our radiator in our nursery room, was very honest . Serviced our boiler, very quickly and professionally. Thank you very much Diamond for everything, will use again, and recommend their services!!!

    Leaking boiler pipe
    Fred came today to fix our leaking boiler pipe. He was invited to do the job yesterday. He quickly responded and gave a reasonable estimate. He arrived on time this morning, fixed the problem, checked the boiler and on top of that he changed the fuse with the wrong amperage that was a potential hazard. Knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant to deal with, we would definitely recommend this tradesman.

    Gas Fire

    Fred was pleasant and polite. Unfortunately, we cannot leave positive comment as he was unable to let us know when he could complete the job.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    I'm a little disappointed with this feedback. We attempted a repair to the existing fire by searching for and ordering parts. As it turned out, when we removed the fire, it was badly corroded and unusable. None of the time sourcing parts or removing, refitting the fire was charged for. We were unable to return to fit the new fire, as quickly as required by the customer due to a family emergency, so I feel a neutral feedback is a little harsh.
