Bryan couldn't make the 1st appointment because of a gas leak he'd been called to - he did let me know and rearranged for the next day. Came on time the next day, services carried out satisfactorily - he discovered a fault on my parent's boiler but that's being sorted through the warranty so Bryan didn't need to come back. Overall, recommended.
