Bryan was unable to attend the appointment due to personal reasons,but he got in touch and rearranged for a colleague to come out as soon as possible at a convenient time for us. The colleague turned up at the arranged time and was very friendly. He thought he knew what the problem was straight away and managed to fix it there and then. Completed a full service too, whilst explaining everything thoroughly. Would definitely recommend and would use them again for our next annual service.

I would recommend Bryan to everybody. He repaired my boiler and serviced it within 24 hours even though he had to get new part for my boiler.
